We’ll oppose it first, arrest Anna and create drama. Later we’ll accept defeat. People will feel victorious at getting Lokpal. Later we’ll corrupt Lokpal too, like we have the police and judiciary. If people are dumb enough not to realize that what will curb corruption is their daily involvement in democracy, then they deserve a naïve Anna and another corruptible power structure like Lokpal… "
