Catty Indian Middle Class

The Indian Middle Class is a hypocritical lot. They are the ones who give and take bribes, they are the ones who run the corrupt Indian bureaucracy, they are the ones who elect the corrupt government, they are the one who conveniently refuse to come out on the street to protest the many ills of the system even when others are dying due to their lack of action... and today they are the ones who are lending the most vocal support for the anti-corruption movement led by Anna Hazare. Not really surprising as the movement is against a corrupt party in power (Congress) and is tacitly being orchestrated by the second largest party - both in terms of numbers and corruption (BJP). There's little hope that much good would come out of this movement, which people are mistaking to be a revolution.

The Bad And The Corrupt Love Anna Hazare

Sign On Closed Door: Corrupt Politicians Meeting
"Gandhi was a man who truly understood problems. Anna Hazare is a blessing in disguise for us. People think Lokpal is a magic antidote to corruption. Let them. We’ll oppose it first, arrest Anna and create drama. Later we’ll accept defeat. People will feel victorious at getting Lokpal. Later we’ll corrupt Lokpal too, like we have the police and judiciary. If people are dumb enough not to realize that what will curb corruption is their daily involvement in democracy, then they deserve a naïve Anna and another corruptible power structure like Lokpal… "

London Riot On Indian Cricketers

Sign On Closed Door: MAHARASHTRA POLICE CONTROL ROOM
"Sir I have an idea about out officers who killed farmers. Send them on riot control duty in the UK."
"The Riots ARE in control in UK now."
"I’m talking about the riots on Indian cricketers sire. The coveted test cricket crown is stolen and a nation’s ego set on fire. We can send our in-form Pune police to shoot sense into English cricketers."
